Candied Pecans Recipe:

Let’s start with the ingredients…

•    1 pound pecan halves
To order the freshest pecans available, CLICK HERE
•    1 tbsp water
•    1 cup white sugar
•    1 egg white
•    3/4 tsp salt
•    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Now, onto the directions…


1.    Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C)
2.   Grease your baking sheet

3.    In a mixing bowl, combine the egg white and water and whip until you have a frothy texture. In a smaller bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
4.    Add pecan halves and egg whites together.  Stir until the pecan halves are evenly coated.
5.    Then, remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mixture until they are evenly coated.  Spread the nuts out on your greased baking sheet.
6.    Bake at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for 1 hour.  Every 15 minutes or so, stir.

The last step is to ENJOY!
